  • Requests for payment outside of official platforms or invoicing systems
  • Impersonation of GetTarget staff asking for passwords or payment details via unofficial channels
  • Sudden account lockouts or changes to platform settings without authorisation
  • Receipt of suspicious links, attachments, or requests via email or messaging apps

5. Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you believe your account, e-commerce store, or marketplace listing has been compromised:

  • Contact GetTarget immediately via support@gettarget.ai. Timely reporting is critical to limiting exposure and financial loss.
  • Change passwords and enable MFA across all connected platforms
  • Document the issue, including screenshots, timestamps, and any third-party communication

6. Enforcement & Consequences

GetTarget reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate service for any user or client found engaging in fraudulent behaviour.

  • Reported to third-party marketplaces or authorities, if applicable
